A durable LLM agent harness written in Effect v4.
effective-harness reproduces the capabilities and durability guarantees of pi’s pi-durable, using effect/ai for
models and tools. Conversations, model turns, tool calls and your own state are committed to storage before anything
is shown, and work resumes where it stopped after a crash.
